1. Digital communication    RS485 bus design effects a minimum 1200M long-distance transmission of signal.   The digit signal output range reaches 3-4V, strengthen the anti-jamming and lightning protection abilities.   The bus design enable 32 sets of load sells at most installed in one scale.

2. Intelligent technology    Prevents cheating by changing the circuit.   The parameter of the load cell is changeable.   Memory ability, avoiding the recalibration of the load cell.

3. Digital calibration technology    Partial calibration (four corners) completed automatically in one time   Scale calibration completed in one time.   Scales span coefficient and zero points, every separate cell's coefficient and zero parameter are   adjustable.

Fault diagnosis technology    Ability for diagnosing the changing of Scales zero point.   Ability for diagnosing the changing of every separate cells zero point    Ability for diagnosing the communication ability after replacing of every separate cell.   Ability for reporting the conflicting of the addresses and serial numbers caused by changing the load cell
